What we're looking for
5+ years of experience with artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning engineering, or software engineering.
5+ years of experience with programming, including in Python.
Experience with deep learning, computer vision, NLP, or agentic AI.
Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including microservice design.
Ability to lead and support technology assessment efforts, including performance quantification and requirements development.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
Experience with generative and agentic AI technologies such as LLMs, MCP, LangChain, or LangGraph (preferred); Master’s degree in a STEM field (preferred); Doctorate degree in a STEM field (a plus).
