Knowledge of machine learning algorithms is beneficial as you contribute to the rapid delivery of innovative silicon solutions at Apple.

What you'll do

  • Verify extracted GDS meets initial design specifications and performance criteria.

What we're looking for

  • At least 10 years of relevant industry experience in SRAM circuit design.
  • Expertise in designing low-power, high-performance SRAM/Register File circuits.
  • Proficiency in RTL modeling and understanding of cache architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-standard design tools and nanometer device physics.
  • Ability to devise experiments for silicon debug and analyze data effectively.
  • Experience working within a SoC design cycle and supporting post-silicon efforts.
