What you'll do

Manage the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Windows Server infrastructure for high availability.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex Level 3 incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, authentication services, and identity management solutions.
Execute vulnerability remediation, security hardening, patching, and compliance initiatives across enterprise environments.
Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and infrastructure-as-code to improve operational efficiency.
Support and optimize hybrid cloud environments across AWS and Microsoft Azure platforms.
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows performance, storage, file systems, permissions, and networking.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers on infrastructure modernization and standardization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Five to six years of relevant experience.
5+ years of enterprise Windows Infrastructure experience supporting large-scale environments.
Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, authentication services, and identity management.
Experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure infrastructure and hybrid cloud operations.
Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell and infrastructure-as-code tools.
Knowledge of vulnerability remediation, security hardening, and compliance controls.
Red Hat Linux experience (preferred).
