What you'll do

Engineer, deploy, and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments across physical, virtual, and cloud platforms.
Execute operating system patching activities and remediate security vulnerabilities to ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead Windows Server upgrade initiatives and develop migration strategies from legacy systems.
Automate repetitive operational tasks and infrastructure workflows using PowerShell, Ansible, and Desired State Configuration.
Manage the deployment of monitoring, backup, security, and endpoint management software agents.
Perform root cause analysis for performance issues and optimize server configurations for stability.
Maintain accurate inventory of assets, track software licensing, and produce compliance reports.
Provide Level 3 engineering support for critical incidents and participate in outage investigations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of Windows Server administration experience in a large enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft IIS, and Failover Clustering.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise patching solutions.
Experience supporting virtualized environments using VMware or Hyper-V.
Experience managing infrastructure in regulated environments with strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Microsoft certifications (preferred).
Experience with Azure, AWS, SCCM/MECM, Tanium, ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Ansible, Terraform, and vulnerability management programs (preferred).
