As a Senior Lead Software Engineer - Windows Build Engineer within the Corporate Sector Compute Infrastructure Platform organization, you will design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure across physical, virtual, and container environments. You will develop automation scripts for server provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and image deployment while ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing complex programs to modernize technology processes and driving the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed. You will utilize a technical stack including Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, C#, .NET, Ansible, PowerShell, and Python. Your work focuses on infrastructure engineering within a heterogeneous enterprise environment, involving distributed systems, cloud infrastructure migration across public and private clouds, and the development of automated test harnesses to resolve complex system issues.
Design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure across physical, virtual, and container environments.
Develop automation scripts for server provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and image deployment.
Ensure all infrastructure complies with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Architect and implement technical changes to modernize organizational technology processes and resolve system issues.

What we're looking for
Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 5 years of applied experience.
Advanced knowledge of distributed systems running Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and underlying hardware/hypervisors.
Extensive experience in areas such as networking, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, automation, scaling, or performance assessments.
Proficiency in specific software technologies and programming languages including C#, .NET, Ansible, PowerShell, and Python.
Experience with enterprise-scale infrastructure integration, automated test harnesses, and establishing firmwide technical standards.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of authorized AI-assisted development tools while ensuring security and performance standards.
Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and ability to operate across both public and private clouds.
Ability to translate complex technical results into business language for presentation to leadership teams.
