Senior Test Development Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead the design and validation of test systems for component and LRU-level hardware.
• Lead software and hardware integration testing for manufacturing lines.
• Analyze and review test data using tools such as MATLAB or Python.
• Investigate and troubleshoot yield issues during prototype and production builds.
• Drive and prioritize the execution of system test campaigns.
• Provide design for testability (DFT) feedback to hardware design engineers.
• Coordinate with production teams to define, implement, and optimize test strategies and setups.
• Develop procedures and troubleshooting guides to support manufacturing operations.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing hardware test systems, including test software and supporting hardware.
• Experience programming in at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Experience with hardware/software integration testing and debugging.
• Experience designing and qualifying test fixtures, automated test equipment, and test software for production lines.
• Experience with version control systems and delivering products to volume production.
