Senior Technical Program Manager, Mathematical Software & Algorithms

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans including feature development, testing, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Oversee the delivery of Battlespace Awareness software to ensure it meets all technical, functional, and business requirements.
• Manage the integration of advanced algorithms for threat prediction, tracking, and classification into the larger C2 system.
• Lead the software release process to ensure all deployments meet defined quality standards and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders regarding project status and risks.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Allocate and manage resources including personnel, hardware, and software to prevent bottlenecks and ensure project support.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including specifications, user manuals, and regular project reports.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development.
• Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.
