What you'll do

  • Lead third-party IP licensing and strategic supplier engagements including negotiations, contract execution, and royalty management.
  • Drive business operations, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support technology roadmaps and executive decision-making.

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle including NDAs, Statements of Work, purchase orders, and compliance tracking.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution between Engineering, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Establish program governance, reporting frameworks, and risk management activities to improve organizational visibility.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Master's degree, MBA, Engineering Management, or a related advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience in semiconductor product development, engineering operations, technology partnerships, business operations, finance, strategic sourcing, program management, or IP licensing.
  • Familiarity with intellectual property licensing, royalty-based business models, supplier negotiations, and maintenance agreements.
  • Experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and long-range planning.
  • Proficiency in developing financial models, business cases, and what-if scenario analyses to support strategic investment decisions.
  • Ability to manage contract lifecycle processes including NDAs, license agreements, Statements of Work, and purchase orders.
  • Experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to develop business analytics and executive dashboards.
