What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience in semiconductor product development, engineering operations, technology partnerships, business operations, finance, strategic sourcing, program management, or IP licensing.
Familiarity with intellectual property licensing, royalty-based business models, supplier negotiations, and maintenance agreements.
Experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and long-range planning.
Proficiency in developing financial models, business cases, and what-if scenario analyses to support strategic investment decisions.
Ability to manage contract lifecycle processes including NDAs, license agreements, Statements of Work, and purchase orders.
Experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to develop business analytics and executive dashboards.
