What you'll do

Lead the end-to-end cluster bring-up process from initial concept and planning through final operational handoff.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, infrastructure, software, firmware, and validation to ensure timely delivery.
Assess technical feasibility and define requirements by partnering with architects and engineering leads.
Develop integrated program schedules that account for complex dependencies across multiple technical domains.
Lead cross-functional triage and root-cause investigations to resolve issues during the bring-up phase.
Create and manage comprehensive project plans including statements of work, budgets, and performance KPIs.
Provide executive visibility into project status while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to protect schedules.
Drive continuous improvement of bring-up processes and tools to increase operational efficiency and throughput.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Formal project management education and PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification/training.
Proven experience with AI/HPC cluster builds.
Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex hardware, software, firmware, and infrastructure deployment efforts.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional debug, triage, and root-cause investigation activities.
Proficiency in project and productivity tools including Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working within Agile development environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments with aggressive timelines.
