What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end cluster bring-up process from initial concept and planning through final operational handoff.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, infrastructure, software, firmware, and validation to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assess technical feasibility and define requirements by partnering with architects and engineering leads.
  • Develop integrated program schedules that account for complex dependencies across multiple technical domains.
  • Lead cross-functional triage and root-cause investigations to resolve issues during the bring-up phase.
  • Create and manage comprehensive project plans including statements of work, budgets, and performance KPIs.
  • Provide executive visibility into project status while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to protect schedules.
  • Drive continuous improvement of bring-up processes and tools to increase operational efficiency and throughput.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Formal project management education and PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification/training.
  • Proven experience with AI/HPC cluster builds.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex hardware, software, firmware, and infrastructure deployment efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional debug, triage, and root-cause investigation activities.
  • Proficiency in project and productivity tools including Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments with aggressive timelines.
