Senior Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage server capacity, perform system configurations, and conduct performance trend analyses to ensure service standards are met.
• Install and configure servers, cloud infrastructure, middleware products, and internal applications.
• Implement regular patches and upgrades to address security vulnerabilities and bugs across the technical stack.
• Resolve complex customer issues by investigating root causes and documenting technical solutions.
• Manage identity and access systems to control user privileges and monitor system activity.
• Execute backup procedures, participate in disaster recovery drills, and implement recovery solutions.
• Monitor batch processes and manage job scheduling using various work schedulers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, standard operating procedures, and incident reports.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or related fields.
• Experience is required in installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, cloud infrastructure, and middleware products.
• Proficiency in managing system configurations, backups, and disaster recovery processes is required.
• Experience performing security patching and vulnerability remediation across a technical stack is required.
• Ability to manage identity and access management systems and monitor user activity is required.
• Skills in monitoring batch processing, work schedulers, and infrastructure dashboards are required.
• Ability to implement CI/CD pipelines and support automation tools is required.
