Senior Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage server capacity, perform trend analyses, and maintain operating systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Install and configure servers, cloud infrastructure, middleware products, and internal applications.
• Implement regular security patches and hotfixes across the technical stack to address vulnerabilities.
• Resolve complex customer system issues and document technical solutions for high-severity incidents.
• Execute backup procedures, restoration processes, and disaster recovery drills to ensure compliance.
• Manage identity and access systems by provisioning privileges and monitoring user activity.
• Automate workflows using workload automation tools and manage CI/CD pipelines for cloud infrastructure.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including standard operating procedures and system configuration reports.

What we're looking for

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Requires 3 to 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or related fields.
• Experience performing system configurations, backups, and infrastructure management independently.
• Ability to implement security patches and manage server capacity for performance optimization.
• Proficiency in administering middleware products and identity and access management systems.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools, batch processing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to resolve complex technical issues and document solutions like SOPs and disaster recovery plans.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to resolve high-severity incidents.
