Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, Fintech

What you'll do

• Connect dots across various programs to simplify the "why/what/how" and align them with business strategy.
• Manage cross-program tradeoffs and prioritize initiatives based on broader portfolio impact and executive goals.
• Establish governance models, delivery plans, and operating rhythms for complex, large-scale technical programs.
• Identify risks and dependencies early to determine optimal paths and communicate actionable solutions to stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives regarding business outcomes and trends for executive audiences.
• Integrate AI agent tools into the program lifecycle to accelerate delivery and automate project artifacts.
• Direct multiple AI agents toward shared outcomes by providing context, acceptance criteria, and active course correction.
• Drive change management strategies to ensure seamless execution across cross-functional engineering and product teams.

What we're looking for

• 10 or more years of experience leading multiple complex software-as-a-service (SaaS) development projects.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build partnerships within a matrix environment.
• Outstanding communication skills for translating complex technical concepts into clear narratives for executive audiences.
• Firm grasp of SDLC methodologies and SaaS technologies with an AI-Native first mindset.
• Ability to direct multiple AI agents toward shared outcomes, including scoping, governing results, and course-correcting.
• Ability to evaluate the quality of AI-generated program artifacts with the same rigor as human-generated outputs.
• Experience partnering with Data Science and Experimentation (preferred).
