Senior Specialist, Systems Engineering, Integration & Test Engineer - Field Testing Lead

What you'll do

• Plan and execute field tests of GPS receivers in contested environments involving jamming, spoofing, and interference.
• Develop and integrate Special Test Equipment (STE) for functional qualification, environmental testing, and manufacturing support.
• Create test automation tools including equipment drivers, scripts, database interfaces, and reporting systems.
• Operate and configure portable RF, GPS, and PNT test equipment during field missions to capture and analyze signals.
• Analyze large datasets from field events to identify system anomalies and characterize behavior under stress.
• Coordinate with external test ranges, government partners, and stakeholders to schedule and conduct field activities.
• Provide technical feedback to engineering teams to drive corrective actions based on results from field testing.
• Maintain readiness of field-test kits by calibrating instruments and managing test-specific hardware.

What we're looking for

• Must have a US Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 6 years of experience, a graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for field testing activities.
• Proficiency in operating wireless/RF test equipment such as signal analyzers, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.
• Experience developing test automation including scripts, debug tools, and database interfaces (preferred).
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, signal characteristics, and jamming/spoofing mechanisms (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead field test activities including planning, logistics, and range coordination (preferred).
