Senior RF Integration Engineer

What you'll do

• Create and maintain electrical system test strategies and plans for EW and RF products.
• Characterize wireless communication systems and devices using specialized test equipment.
• Perform integration testing on subassemblies including hardware, firmware, and software components.
• Execute performance, calibration, durability, and environmental testing for developmental systems.
• Develop and maintain test standards while designing or procuring necessary test equipment.
• Analyze and drive root cause investigations for failures observed during system-level testing.
• Automate tests to improve coverage and ensure consistent results across the development cycle.
• Conduct field testing and serve as a liaison for ground and flight test operations.

What we're looking for

• Must have 6+ years of relevant industry experience in hardware, software, or system validation and verification testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and vector network analyzers.
• Familiarity with Linux applications, command line interfaces, shell scripting, and general file system navigation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Matlab for data parsing, analysis, and test automation.
• Strong root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to travel to remote sites for test integration, commissioning, and training.
• Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
