What you'll do

Execute engineering work products from initial requirements through verification and technical documentation.
Perform requirements decomposition, interface definition, and verification strategy for mission systems.
Conduct technical analysis, risk identification, and trade studies to support design decisions.
Execute system integration, validation, and technical baselines across the full product lifecycle.
Produce and maintain system engineering artifacts including requirements traceability and risk registers.
Ensure system designs align with security, regulatory, and government compliance requirements.
Lead or support design reviews, peer reviews, and technical interchanges.
Present technical status, issues, and recommendations in formal and informal reviews.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline is required.
Engineering degree is preferred (Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science are acceptable alternatives).
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, 4 years with a Graduate degree, or 10 years without a degree.
6 years of experience applying systems engineering methods across full lifecycle activities.
6 years of experience with requirements management, risk management, and system integration and verification practices.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) familiarity (preferred).
