What you'll do

Architect, design, and develop electronic circuit cards and integrated circuitry for high-performance seabed hydrophone systems.
Create analog and digital designs of circuit cards including layout using tools like LTSpice, Cadence, and Vivado.
Analyze electrical requirements to determine design feasibility within specific time and cost constraints.
Provide technical input for program bids and generate bases of estimate.
Perform qualification and testing of electrical hardware and systems.
Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide on-site support at customer installation locations.
Identify component operational characteristics that impact system performance or sustainability.
Produce technical documentation including test procedures, specifications, white papers, and design reviews.

What we're looking for

Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret security clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
Advanced knowledge and skill in analog, power, and FPGA design.
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or comparable discipline with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience.
Minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency in LTSpice, Cadence/Allegro PCB Designer, Mentor Graphics, VHDL, and Verilog using Xilinx Vivado (preferred).
Proficiency in technical writing including test procedures, specifications, white papers, and presentations (preferred).
Proficiency in EVMS, Control Account Management, and design team leadership (preferred).
