What you'll do

Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex modem and DSP circuits using FPGA devices.
Develop and verify FPGA and ASIC solutions according to engineering and manufacturing requirements.
Perform signal processing for RF communications systems including modulation, demodulation, and digital filters.
Conduct FPGA verification through simulation, unit testing, and laboratory debug techniques.
Program FPGA and ASIC components using VHDL and modeling tools like MatLab or Simulink.
Support product integration and test activities in both lab and field environments.
Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and cross-functional integration activities.
Maintain an active secret clearance to support national security projects.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain an active secret clearance level.
Experience in wireless digital communications, modems, networking, and/or digital signal processing (DSP).
Proficiency in FPGA and ASIC design, implementation, and verification using VHDL.
Experience with MatLab, Simulink, or similar DSP modeling tools (preferred).
Experience with FPGA vendor-specific tools like Vivado or Quartus (preferred).
Knowledge of communication system signal processing theory, waveform design, and SATCOM architecture (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
