What you'll do

Serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert for classified system security architecture and compliance with RMF standards.
Manage end-to-end system authorization processes including categorization, control implementation, and continuous monitoring to maintain active ATOs.
Author advanced RMF documentation packages such as SSP, SCTM, POA&M, and RAR while mentoring junior staff on methodologies.
Lead vulnerability and compliance assessments using Nessus, STIGViewer, and SCAP to remediate findings and reduce enterprise risk.
Direct audit readiness and inspection efforts for DCSA and internal Command Cyber Readiness Inspections.
Provide strategic security advisory support to leadership regarding architecture decisions, enclave segmentation, and classified lab operations.
Coordinate advanced incident response actions to ensure timely containment and recovery within approved system boundaries.
Develop and deliver tailored cybersecurity awareness and privileged user training for technical staff.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, or system security engineering; 10 years may be substituted for a degree.
Active Secret Clearance required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.
Current IAM Level III (CISSP, CISM, etc.) or higher certification in accordance with DoD 8570/8140.
Experience in RMF activities, DAAG (formerly DAAPM), JSIG, and NIST 800-53 guidance (preferred).
Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu, Red Hat) and Windows operating systems (preferred).
Experience with vulnerability management tools like ACAS/Nessus, SCAP, and STIGViewer (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
