Principal, Cyber Intelligence joins the Missile Solutions Segment Security Organization to lead the development, maintenance, and sustainment of cybersecurity initiatives supporting collateral classified and special access program systems. This role involves managing Approval to Operate strategies, identifying risks, prioritizing remediation efforts, and driving issues to closure across a multi-program environment. The individual will represent the organization during government assessments, develop information assurance policies, and create risk-based metrics for continuous monitoring. Key responsibilities include developing security plans for cloud architecture and artificial intelligence software while ensuring compliance with JSIG, NISPOM, ICD, and DAAPM standards. Required expertise includes the Risk Management Framework, STIGs, NIST 800-53 controls, and tools such as NESSUS, ACAS, SCAP, and HBSS. The role also involves managing systems across Windows, Linux, and UNIX platforms while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to protect critical information.
Lead the development and maintenance of cybersecurity initiatives for classified and special access program systems.
Manage the Authorization to Operate (ATO) strategy while identifying risks and prioritizing remediation efforts.
Represent the organization during government audits, assessments, and official information security reviews.
Develop System Security Plans and supporting documentation in compliance with JSIG, NISPOM, and DCSA standards.
Create cybersecurity strategies specifically designed to protect cloud-based architectures and artificial intelligence software.
Establish risk-based metrics and continuous monitoring strategies to measure the effectiveness of information assurance programs.
Conduct self-inspections and test procedures to verify that RMF controls meet customer requirements.
Develop training curricula and conduct security briefings for internal stakeholders and personnel.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Active US Top Secret clearance.
10+ years of experience as an ISSO or ISSM supporting classified programs (preferred).
10+ years of experience utilizing security tools and systems in support of RMF, including NESSUS, ACAS, DISA STIGs, SCAP, Audit Reduction, and HBSS (preferred).
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership overseeing programs, teams, risk decisions, and stakeholder coordination (preferred).
10+ years of experience communicating complex technical risks to senior leaders (preferred).
