Principal, Cyber Intelligence

What you'll do

• Lead the development, maintenance, and sustainment of cybersecurity initiatives for collateral classified and special access program systems.
• Manage the Approval to Operate (ATO) strategy, identify risks, and prioritize remediation efforts across a multi-program environment.
• Represent the organization during customer assessments, authorization reviews, audits, and other government engagements.
• Develop and review System Security Plans (SSP) and supporting artifacts in accordance with JSIG, NISPOM, ICD, and DCSA DAAPM.
• Create cybersecurity strategies and plans specifically designed to protect cloud-based architecture and Artificial Intelligence software.
• Develop risk-based metrics and continuous monitoring strategies to measure the health and effectiveness of the information assurance program.
• Perform periodic self-inspections and tests of the Information Security program to identify and correct vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with Facility Security Officers and Contractor Program Security Officers to implement information security policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Active US Top Secret clearance.
• 10+ years of experience as an ISSO or ISSM supporting classified programs (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience utilizing security tools like NESSUS, ACAS, DISA STIGs, SCAP, Audit Reduction, and HBSS (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership overseeing programs, teams, and risk decisions (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience communicating complex technical risks to senior leaders (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
