Senior Solution Architect, Integrations

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations aligned with industry best practices.
• Configure and deploy backend settings for financial institutions using JSON and Postman.
• Configure and validate third-party integrations with external systems.
• Own technical relationships with external integration partners providing services to mutual customers.
• Develop playbooks that govern technical integration implementation and ongoing support.
• Maintain clear documentation of configuration decisions, constraints, and customer-specific setups.
• Submit detailed enhancement requests and well-documented bug reports to Product and Engineering teams.
• Provide client-facing support when deep functional or technical expertise is required.

What we're looking for

• Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations in a highly technical environment.
• Expert-level understanding of various approaches to data integration with external systems.
• Proficiency working with APIs and backend configuration tools including REST APIs, SQL, and JSON.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations.
• Strong written documentation skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Support teams.
• Experience configuring or integrating with core banking systems or other regulated financial systems (preferred).
