What you'll do

Define enterprise-wide technical strategy for API management, middleware, and backend system integrations.
Develop reusable solution patterns and design end-to-end integration flows using Enterprise Integration Patterns.
Establish and enforce enterprise standards for API design, versioning, data privacy, and security.
Architect secure integration patterns using industry-standard identity protocols, encryption, and firewalls.
Monitor, scale, and optimize high-throughput message brokers and API gateway topologies.
Install, configure, and support MuleSoft and AWS API Gateway platforms.
Architect, implement, and support integration solutions for various Lines of Business.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
Eight or more years of experience in software design and development.
At least four years of experience focused on enterprise integration architecture, APIs, and middleware.
Hands-on experience with API gateways and management tools like MuleSoft, AWS API Gateway, Apigee, or Kong.
Mastery of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, mTLS, and API key management.
Mastery of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) such as content-based routing, message filtering, splitters, and aggregators.
Experience deploying and scaling integrations using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or OpenShift).
Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Green card holder with intent to become a U.S. Citizen.
