Identify AI opportunities to automate business processes using intelligent workflows.
Design and deploy AI solutions for automation, document intelligence, decision support, and intelligent assistants.
Build agentic workflows that orchestrate tools, APIs, reasoning steps, and business logic at scale.
Develop production systems meeting high standards for scalability, resilience, performance, security, and availability.
Use knowledge graphs to enhance reasoning, entity relationships, context retrieval, and multi-step workflows.
What we're looking for
5+ years of professional software engineering or applied machine learning experience.
Strong hands-on AI engineering skills with Python and modern AI frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.
Proven track record designing, building, and operating production AI systems in a scalable and secure manner.
Expertise in agent architectures, workflow orchestration, vector databases, and knowledge graph integration.
Experience mentoring engineers and helping others grow in AI, LLMs, and agentic system design.
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business outcomes with AI solutions.
Strong understanding of distributed systems fundamentals including service design and reliability engineering.
