What you'll do

Develop front-end features and micro-experiences using Vue.js to drive user engagement across a multi-tenant platform.
Write clean, reusable code for high-quality web applications while managing both front-end and service-level backend tasks.
Lead code and design reviews to ensure accurate planning and smooth daily operations.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and debugging across front-end and service-level code to resolve critical issues.
Modernize legacy applications by migrating technologies and building reusable component libraries.
Participate in an on-call rotation to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents promptly.
Implement AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency in code generation, testing, and refactoring.
Champion an API-first approach to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and extensibility of the platform.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 5 years of software development experience or 3 years with an advanced degree.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required or equivalent work experience.
Must possess full-stack capabilities with a strong preference for front-end development (75% front-end, 25% back-end).
Requires proficiency in Vue.js as the primary framework, though React or Angular are acceptable.
Proficiency in C#/.NET is required for service-level backend code.
Experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL databases is required.
Must have experience with REST API best practices, cloud-native infrastructure, and observability tooling like Prometheus or Grafana.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. for full-time employment.
