What you'll do

Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software systems across both backend and frontend environments.
Build and maintain data pipelines that transform incoming data into Kafka streams and KeyLife Indicators.
Participate in the entire application lifecycle, including design, coding, debugging, and deployment.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and debugging to resolve critical production incidents and system disruptions.
Manage environment configurations and monitor system health to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Provide mentoring and technical support to junior engineers while maintaining team development standards.
Champion an API-first approach to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and extensibility of software projects.
Conduct code and design reviews to ensure accurate planning and smooth daily operations.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience in software development, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
Must have strong programming skills in an object-oriented language such as Kotlin or Java as a full stack developer.
Must have experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and modern Javascript frameworks like React, Angular, or Tailwind CSS.
Must have experience developing and deploying applications for Cloud Native Infrastructure, including AWS and Kubernetes.
Must have solid proficiency in Kafka fundamentals, event-driven architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases with caching mechanisms.
Must have experience developing unit tests, UI automation tests, and integration tests.
Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
