Senior Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET)

What you'll do

• Design, build, and expand automated test frameworks to increase coverage and reduce manual testing effort.
• Assess application design and structure to identify improvements, debug complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Integrate automated tests into continuous integration systems to ensure reliable and consistent software delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to design testing roadmaps and establish a shared quality vision across initiatives.
• Review and approve code and test cases written by other SDETs for style and adherence to standards.
• Mentor junior SDETs and QA professionals through individual consultations, code reviews, and test-case reviews.
• Lead small testing teams to evaluate failure patterns and support bug triage through to resolution.
• Present technical topics and solutions to the engineering community and participate in cross-functional discussions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum five years of experience designing test plans, cases, and writing automated tests in a team environment required.
• Minimum five years of hands-on experience with programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript/Typescript in a Windows environment required.
• Proficiency with test frameworks such as Nunit, MSTest, Xunit, jest, puppeteer, mocka, pytest, unittest, Specflow, Selenium, or Gherkin required.
• Minimum four years of experience with continuous integration systems and test case management tools required.
• Experience using git, including performing code reviews, pull requests, and following branching standards required.
• Experience testing applications and services with security automation frameworks (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience developing and designing testing and automation frameworks supporting multiple application platforms (preferred).
