Senior Software Development Test Quality Engineering

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and reusable assets for enterprise applications.
• Create and execute detailed test plans and scenarios to ensure coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Validate complex integration workflows across multiple platforms, including cloud-native and hybrid architectures on AWS.
• Identify, document, and track software defects while partnering with development teams to resolve issues.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Integrate automated testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and release quality.
• Participate in architecture reviews and code reviews to promote testability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior quality engineers and promote growth of quality-focused engineering practices across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or SDET roles.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience designing and implementing automated testing solutions using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, NUnit, Postman, or JMeter.
• Hands-on experience developing automation solutions using TypeScript and messaging platforms like Kafka.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in API testing, SQL database validation (PostgreSQL), and non-functional testing such as performance or security.
• Experience testing large-scale enterprise applications with complex integrations and high availability requirements.
