What you'll do

Architect and implement a scalable, cost-optimized S3-based Data Lakehouse for structured and unstructured data.
Build a cost-performance-optimized OLAP-based analytics layer to support low single-digit-second query responses.
Design and enforce standardized data ingestion patterns with built-in quality controls and automated validation pipelines.
Architect a globally distributed vector database infrastructure capable of managing billions of embeddings with sub-100ms retrieval.
Design semantic data models and hybrid search strategies to balance analytical performance with AI retrieval requirements.
Develop intelligent orchestration for metrics generation workflows with comprehensive audit trails and metadata management.
Implement cross-domain federated query capabilities using sophisticated query optimization techniques.
Establish automated compliance validation frameworks to ensure data handling meets security standards.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
5+ years of full software development life cycle experience (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred).
