What you'll do

Lead the architecture and development of scalable software test automation frameworks for phased array antenna testing.

Define testing procedures and software algorithms with the hardware design team to guarantee hardware quality.

What we're looking for

5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
Fluent in one or multiple programming languages such as Python, Rust, C++, Java, or Go.
Experience with test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and HIL automation.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
