Senior Security Operations Center Manager

What you'll do

• Own the local SOC operating model including alarm monitoring, camera verification, dispatch coordination, and incident logging.
• Translate global security SOPs into usable local runbooks, job aids, and response workflows.
• Standardize the investigation, documentation, and escalation of alarms to ensure consistent actions across all shifts.
• Maintain local readiness for access-control systems, video monitoring, and documented degraded-mode procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to diagnose monitoring gaps and resolve recurring break/fix issues.
• Support construction-to-operations transitions by validating monitoring coverage and alarm visibility before systems enter service.
• Develop training plans and competency checks for SOC operators and contracted staff.
• Analyze incident and performance data to establish metrics and recommend process improvements.

What we're looking for

• Must have 7 or more years of experience in physical security operations, a security operations center, or a control room environment.
• Must have hands-on experience with access-control, video-management, alarm-monitoring, and incident-management workflows.
• Must demonstrate the ability to create and use operational runbooks, alarm response procedures, and training materials.
• Must have experience diagnosing or coordinating resolutions for monitoring, camera, network, or system-integration issues.
• Must possess strong incident documentation, analytical, communication, vendor-coordination, and cross-functional project skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Shackelford, Texas, and support a 24/7 operational environment.
• Experience with Lenel and Milestone systems is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting data center security, PSIM platforms, or regulated environments like SOC 2 or ISO 27001 is preferred.
