What you'll do

Develop and maintain test automation scripts for web applications.
Design and implement integration tests for new product features.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
Design and optimize AI-assisted test automation strategies to improve suite execution speed and stability.
Develop, deploy, and maintain QA processes, tools, and supporting technologies.
Identify process improvements, error trends, and root causes to recommend solutions.
Triage and remediate open-source vulnerabilities and critical production bugs in Django and React applications.
Act as a technical subject matter expert and mentor for junior engineers.

What we're looking for

You must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
You must have 5+ years of experience in software test engineering.
You must have at least 2 years of experience with Test-Driven Development.
You must have senior-level proficiency in Python for backend/Django and JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend/React.
You must have hands-on experience with at least one automated testing framework such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or Cypress.
You must have demonstrated experience integrating AI-based tools into test automation workflows.
You must have familiarity with CD tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or Travis.
You must have a strong grounding in test architecture, design patterns, and coding standards like SOLID and clean code.
