SDET/Test Automation Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Karate.
• Design and execute performance testing strategies using JMeter to identify bottlenecks and optimize scalability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab with automated test execution on AWS Lambda and Docker.
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts for UI and API testing across multiple platforms.
• Execute detailed quality assurance testing and develop comprehensive test plans for software products.
• Integrate AI-driven test optimization techniques to enhance coverage and reduce execution time.
• Lead cross-functional QA efforts in Agile teams using Playwright for modern web automation.
• Identify and resolve software defects in distributed systems and API-driven architectures.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Karate.
• 3+ years of experience designing and executing performance testing strategies using tools like JMeter.
• 2+ years of experience in integrated AI-driven test optimization techniques.
• 2+ years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, AWS Lambda, and Docker.
• 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional QA efforts in Agile teams using Playwright.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience/certifications.
• Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
• AWS Associate Certification (preferred); ISTQB/AI Testing Certification (preferred).
