What you'll do

Design and develop RF front-end multi-chip modules (MCMs) for 5G NR, LTE, and Wi-Fi applications.
Integrate RFICs, power management ICs, filters, and passive components into compact MCM designs.
Perform detailed circuit and electromagnetic simulations to optimize module performance and sub-components.
Conduct lab bring-up, characterization, and debugging of prototype modules to drive design improvements.
Manage laminate and assembly suppliers while overseeing the manufacturing process for RF components.
Develop ATE test plans and coordinate with OSAT teams for production implementation.
Perform yield analysis and implement design improvements for high-volume manufacturing.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science.
5+ years of research and/or industry experience in RF/Microwave engineering or RFIC engineering.
Experience designing multi-chip RF modules for cellular or Wi-Fi applications.
Proficiency in RF/microwave design using tools such as ADS, HFSS, or AWR.
Familiarity with MCM substrate/packaging technologies and manufacturing processes.
Experience with Python programming for modeling, analysis, and test automation.
Ability to operate radio-related test equipment like spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
