What you'll do

  • Lead the design, specification, and integration of RF power delivery systems including generators, match networks, and transmission lines.
  • Translate process and customer requirements into robust RF subsystem designs to improve plasma performance and stability.
  • Perform circuit analysis, EM modeling, and thermal assessments using simulation tools to predict system behavior.
  • Drive the development of advanced RF control strategies for next-generation semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Manage prototype bring-up, system qualification, and technical design reviews for new product introductions.
  • Conduct root cause investigations for RF failures and lead corrective actions to improve reliability and manufacturability.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and execute RF technology roadmaps to support both new products and sustaining engineering initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, RF Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience developing RF systems in semiconductor equipment, plasma processing, power electronics, communications, aerospace, or related industries.
  • Strong foundation in RF circuit design, electromagnetics, impedance matching, and transmission line theory.
  • Experience with high-frequency power delivery systems, including RF generators and matching networks.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and laboratory characterization experience.
  • Proven ability to lead complex technical programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in tools such as ADS, HFSS, CST Studio Suite, SPICE, MATLAB, or Python.
  • Knowledge of plasma diagnostics and RF measurement techniques.
