Senior Program Development Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategies for government stakeholder engagement and capture efforts for supercomputing solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with Department of War decision-makers, program managers, and technical evaluators.
• Identify new business opportunities to fuse space sensing and supercomputing into new revenue sources.
• Lead the creation of technical content and compliance matrices for RFIs, RFPs, and other government solicitations.
• Conduct continuous competition analysis and market research to monitor the opportunity landscape.
• Coordinate across internal multidisciplinary teams including engineering, mission management, finance, and contracts.
• Refine engagement roadmaps based on internal strategy, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in business development or account management within the DoW, AI industry, or tech industrial base.
• Must be able to hold a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for export control authorizations.
• Advanced degree in science, policy, business, international affairs, or another relevant field (preferred).
• Direct experience supporting sales or program development within the DoW (preferred).
• Experience leading capture for start-ups, government compute companies, or cloud compute business areas (preferred).
• 2+ years of technical project management, systems engineering, or Government space systems acquisition experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree.
