Senior Product Manager Technical, Antenna Systems

What you'll do

• Own the complete product lifecycle for satellite customer terminals from concept development through adoption.
• Translate customer requirements and market insights into a prioritized product roadmap.
• Make informed trade-offs between features, timelines, and technical constraints.
• Lead technical discussions with engineering and design teams to balance performance, size, and cost.
• Advocate for customer needs and user experience in conversations with all stakeholders and executives.
• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans across cross-functional teams.
• Resolve prioritization decisions by balancing technical feasibility, customer impact, and business goals.

• Experience with feature delivery and product trade-offs.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and respect with peers, executive leaders, and stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required export control authorization.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• Experience solving problems with technology in the Telecommunications industry (preferred).
• Experience in project management of technical programs, satellite industry, or related fields (preferred).
• Conversant in computer networking, wireless, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience in tech sales, solution architecture, or launching new products (preferred).
• Background in electrical engineering, physics, or other technical fields (preferred).
