What you'll do

Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for mobility solutions across consumer, maritime, and B2B2X segments.
Develop comprehensive product documentation including working backwards documents and business requirements to guide engineering teams.
Engage directly with customers to identify connectivity requirements and advocate for their needs during executive planning.
Drive data-informed decision making by defining performance metrics and analyzing adoption patterns to refine strategy.
Collaborate with technical teams on architecture and technology decisions to ensure alignment with product goals.
Manage the full product lifecycle from initial vision through market launch for diverse customer segments.

What we're looking for

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy.
Experience in the satellite, cellular, or hybrid telecommunications industry (preferred).
Familiarity with offshore energy industry operations and mission-critical connectivity (preferred).
Experience designing B2B2X business models, including reseller enablement and API-based delivery (preferred).
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant technical or business discipline (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
