What you'll do

Lead the definition, design, development, and launch of products for the Leo Space Platform.
Develop product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis.
Align product features with core engineering architecture and operational excellence pillars.
Create high-quality, simple product and program roadmaps based on established strategy.
Write detailed business requirements and user stories to create technical specifications for applications.
Manage backlog prioritization and trade-offs between customer feedback, performance, and operational load.
Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to deliver new features.
Identify and resolve strategic issues that could impact financial or technical goals.

What we're looking for

Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and strategy for a product.
Experience managing technical products or online services.
Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools (preferred).
5+ years of Space Vehicle/Satellite Operations, Space Communications, or related industry experience (preferred).
Knowledge of hardware engineering (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum for export control purposes.
