What you'll do

  • Develop executive-ready narratives and decision materials for prioritization and governance forums.
  • Mentor junior product managers on discovery standards, stakeholder facilitation, and value definition.
  • Monitor value realization to ensure transformation initiatives remain connected to measurable business outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8–12 years of experience in product management, transformation, consulting, business architecture, product ownership, or technology-enabled business change.
  • Demonstrated success leading discovery and stakeholder alignment for complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Experience developing business cases, value measures, executive recommendations, and execution-ready demand packages.
  • Ability to work across IT, Architecture, Solution, Program Management, Project Management, business, and executive stakeholder groups.
  • Advanced proficiency in Atlassian tools such as Jira Product Discovery, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience with enterprise technology ecosystems like CRM, ERP, Planview, ServiceNow, Workday, WMS, or Palantir (preferred).
