Sr Product Associate, Rewards joins the Rewards team to manage the Loyalty Platform’s front-end and back-end Program Management capabilities within the Set Up domain. This role involves configuring card product benefits and transaction processing logic while driving roadmaps for technical and process improvements, including UI enhancements for Merchant Qualifications. The associate will collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts in an agile environment to develop features that utilize evolving technology. Key responsibilities include breaking down business epics into user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and conducting hypothesis-driven assessment of data to ensure products meet business needs. The role focuses on the rewards and loyalty domain, specifically solving problems related to merchant qualification logic and managing complex transaction processing systems to improve how customers manage their money through well-designed digital experiences.
Break down business epics into features and user stories to drive Minimum Viable Product (MVP) testing.
Define comprehensive acceptance criteria and identify necessary research to inform future feature designs.
Own and prioritize product roadmaps while ensuring all risk management processes are followed.
Use hypothesis-driven data assessment to ensure products meet specific business needs.
Manage the Loyalty Platform’s front-end and back-end capabilities for card benefits and transaction processing.
Drive technical and process improvements, including UI enhancements for Merchant Qualifications.
Lead benefit updates for future initiatives in partnership with the engineering team.
Communicate complex product roadmaps and value propositions to internal stakeholders and partner teams.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences (preferred).
1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred).
