The Sr Product Associate, Rewards joins the Rewards Product Management team to manage the Loyalty Platform’s front-end and back-end Program Management capabilities within the Set Up domain. In this role, you will configure card product benefits and transaction processing logic while driving roadmaps for technical and process improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities include breaking down business epics into user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing feature development to achieve Minimal Viable Products. You will collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to build cutting-edge solutions and UI enhancements for Merchant Qualifications. The position requires proficiency in agile delivery, business analysis, and data science to solve complex problems regarding how customers manage rewards, process transactions, and interact with digital financial products.
Build comprehensive acceptance criteria and identify research needs to define future feature designs.
Break down business epics into features and user stories to drive Minimal Viable Product (MVP) tests.
Use hypothesis-driven data assessments to ensure product features deliver on real business needs.
Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps while managing risk through established processes.
Conduct research and develop features that utilize new and evolving technologies in an agile environment.
Own the Loyalty Platform’s front-end and back-end Program Management capabilities in the 'Set Up' domain.
Drive the roadmap for technical improvements and UI enhancements for Merchant Qualifications.
Lead benefit updates for future initiatives in partnership with the engineering team.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
At least 1 year of product management experience or 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences (preferred).
1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred).
