Sr Associate, Product Management (HR, Risk or Finance) joins the Product Management team to drive innovative customer experiences through technology. In this role, you will collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, break down business epics into features and user stories, and manage product development roadmaps. You will work autonomously in an agile environment alongside designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to develop features using evolving technologies and architecture strategies. Define comprehensive acceptance criteria and identify research needs for future feature designs.
Break down business epics into features and user stories to drive Minimum Viable Product (MVP) testing.
Use hypothesis-driven data assessment to ensure products meet specific business needs.
Own and prioritize product development roadmaps while ensuring compliance with risk management procedures.
Conduct research in an agile environment to develop features utilizing emerging technologies.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and data scientists to build cutting-edge technical solutions.
Communicate succinct product roadmaps to stakeholders to demonstrate clear business value.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in product management, product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Preferred: A Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience as a product owner in an agile development process with cross-functional teams.
Must be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders across various teams.
Must be comfortable working autonomously in an agile environment to manage roadmaps and prioritize features.
