What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Deep Systems Engineering Knowledge (preferred).
Strong Communication Skills to senior leaders (preferred).
Deep understanding of Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) (preferred).
Creative thinker with demonstrated success leading the systems development life cycle (preferred).
