What we're looking for

Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
10+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
Deep expertise in AI/LLMs and their application to software engineering workflows including coding, design, security, testing, and release.
Hands-on experience with agentic systems, tool/skill orchestration, and integration patterns like MCP, A2A, and function calling.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering delivery and manage stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.
Experience leading multi-organization adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering operating models and defining governance frameworks.
Deep understanding of responsible AI risk, controls, and security requirements at scale.
