Build an agentic-first development practice by embedding AI tools into the design, coding, and shipping workflows.
Create novel code solutions and drive the development of new production capabilities across multiple teams.
Represent engineering interests in cross-functional discussions with security, risk, compliance, and firm-wide partners.
Mentor senior engineers and establish technical standards for high-performing, AI-augmented engineering teams.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
10+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
