Practical experience delivering software from concept and design through development, testing, first release, and operational stability.
Practical experience with AI-first development practices using LLMs and agentic tools to accelerate software delivery.
Demonstrated experience designing and scaling agentic AI-enabled development patterns with established governance for validation, traceability, and security.
Experience with Greenfield architecture (preferred).
