Senior Portfolio Manager, Marketing, Operations & Risk Technology

What you'll do

• Translate strategic goals into portfolio priorities, investment recommendations, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Provide executive decision support by converting complex financial, delivery, and risk data into concise recommendations.
• Manage investment governance including demand intake, business cases, funding, forecasting, and vendor cost management.
• Establish operating rhythms and performance measures to enable transparent, data-driven portfolio decisions.
• Coordinate dependencies, capacity, sequencing, and resource commitments across internal teams and external partners.
• Identify and resolve complex risks regarding customer outcomes, financial performance, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive the modernization and rationalization of the Marketing Technology ecosystem to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Lead and develop a team of portfolio, program, and project management professionals.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience leading portfolios in Marketing Technology, digital experience, marketing analytics, or customer data platforms (preferred).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud or comparable enterprise platforms (preferred).
• Understanding of digital measurement, data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements (preferred).
• Experience with portfolio and product management tools like Clarity, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet (preferred).
• Advanced Excel or Power BI capabilities for executive reporting and financial analysis (preferred).
• Experience leading platform modernization, rationalization, or large-scale operating-model transformation (preferred).
