What you'll do

Provide PCB/PCBA DFM feedback to Design Engineering and escalate manufacturing challenges early.
Drive PCBA Manufacturing Qualification process at contract manufacturers, ensuring all production readiness deliverables are complete.
Investigate and develop new manufacturing technologies to enhance PCBA quality, reliability, throughput, and cost.
Implement and optimize manufacturing processes with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Reliability Engineering to improve yields.
Identify and mitigate root causes of failures/defects in production for continuous improvement efforts.
Deploy and qualify polymerics equipment for high-volume PCBA production.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in PCBA/PCB production and manufacturing engineering.
Experience with board assembly processes: stencil printing, paste application, pick & place, SMT reflow, AOI, and flying probe testing.
Ability to lead small teams in solving technical product manufacturability issues and implementing solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for innovation in improving quality and reliability.
Experience deploying and qualifying polymerics equipment for high-volume production.
