What you'll do

Develop and optimize test strategies and setups for Satellite PCBAs at CM sites.
Perform PCBA debug, root-cause analysis, and create runbooks for technicians.
Work with R&D teams to improve test systems, software, fixtures, and procedures.
Analyze data to identify failure trends and recommend improvements for tests and processes.
Train operators on test processes and support certification programs at CM sites.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
8+ years experience deploying and training on complex test systems.
Proficient in Linux/RHEL, programming/scripting languages (Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby, PHP).
Extensive experience integrating software and hardware systems.
Expertise in using standard electronic lab test equipment for debugging.
