Senior PCB Layout Engineer

What you'll do

• Define and implement multiple spacecraft subsystems.
• Manage all phases of PCB design, fabrication, assembly, and testing.
• Coordinate with Electrical and Mechanical Engineers to meet performance and enclosure requirements.
• Create all documentation packages required for PCB and PCBA fabrication and assembly.
• Design PCBs specifically for deployment in space environments.
• Manage third-party layout services for hardware projects.
• Lead small teams of PCB design engineers through technical projects.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in PCB layout design using industry standard PCB design suites.
• 5+ years of experience with high speed circuits.
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects in parallel.
• Experience in motherboard design, schematic capture, stackup, and circuit board layout (preferred).
• Experience using Mentor Xpedition (preferred).
• Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates.
