What you'll do

Administer and provide advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft Intune-managed Windows endpoints.
Manage Windows Autopilot including device registration, hardware hashes, provisioning, and deployment profiles.
Configure and troubleshoot Intune compliance policies, configuration profiles, and endpoint security policies.
Package, test, and deploy Win32 applications through Intune with specific installation parameters and detection rules.
Manage Windows Update for Business and Autopatch issues and analyze failed deployments.
Support the transition from SCCM-based management to Intune and Autopilot modern management.
Develop PowerShell automation for Intune administration, reporting, and repetitive operational activities.
Perform root-cause analysis for recurring endpoint-management incidents and complex technical issues.

What we're looking for

6-7+ years of experience in EUC or Endpoint Management.
Advanced/Expert level expertise in Microsoft Intune administration.
Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot, including registration, provisioning, and deployment profiles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Intune compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
Experience with Win32 application packaging, testing, and deployment through Intune.
Experience managing Windows Update, Autopatch, and SCCM/Intune co-management.
Ability to develop and utilize PowerShell automation for Intune administration and reporting.
Experience with ServiceNow Incident, Problem, and Change processes.
