What you'll do

  • Administer and maintain the SCCM hierarchy, including site servers, management points, distribution points, and Cloud Management Gateway.
  • Create and maintain Task Sequences for Windows imaging, boot images, and driver packages.
  • Package and deploy enterprise applications using MSI, EXE, PSADT, and PowerShell-based methods.
  • Manage content distribution across distribution points and monitor package replication and deployment compliance.
  • Develop and support SCCM SSRS reports for hardware inventory, software compliance, and operational data.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting using SCCM logs, tracing tools, and PowerShell automation scripts.
  • Support SCCM and Intune co-managed environments, including workload migrations and enrollment troubleshooting.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of SCCM administration experience.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale endpoint environments.
  • Hands-on experience with OSD, application packaging, deployment troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Experience with Intune co-management and endpoint modernization initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Operating System Deployment (OSD), and Application Packaging.
  • Skills in PowerShell scripting, SSRS reporting, and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of Patch My PC, Distribution Points, and Software Center Administration.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Intune/MECM Certifications, or ITIL Foundation (preferred).
