What you'll do

Audit beta team workflows to identify high-impact opportunities for AI automation and augmentation.
Develop and prioritize a clear roadmap for AI solutions in partnership with engineering and beta program leads.
Test and benchmark emerging generative AI models and agentic frameworks against real-world team use cases.
Make build-versus-adopt recommendations based on technical evaluations and operational requirements.
Establish and track KPIs such as active user rates, time saved, and cycle-time reduction to demonstrate ROI.
Lead and document training sessions to drive AI tool adoption across the Experience Validation team.
Use data and user feedback to iterate on existing tools and retire underperforming solutions.

What we're looking for

5+ years of product management, technical program management, or equivalent experience owning products or programs end to end.
Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience identifying process/workflow inefficiencies and delivering tooling or automation to address them.
Hands-on familiarity with generative AI models and/or agentic workflows and how to apply them to real use cases.
Experience defining KPIs, measuring outcomes, and using data to prioritize and demonstrate impact.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive adoption and influence without authority.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum due to export control laws.
Bachelor's degree.
